Life insurance

You presentedto one spouse. The other one decides.

Send a short private page they can read together — what matters to them, what you set up, and the number. Record a voice note so she hears it from you.

The appointment

You know exactly how this goes.

Terry is 43, works facilities at a hospital, and paid for his father's funeral four years ago on a credit card.

You spend an hour at his kitchen table. You work through the mortgage, the group coverage that ends when the job ends, the two kids, and what his wife would actually need. He gets it. You quote $120,000 of whole life plus $200,000 accidental at $150 a month, which lands under the number he gave you.

Nia was at work.

Tonight, at nine, Terry will try to explain sixty minutes of your reasoning in about ninety seconds, while she's making lunches. He will get the coverage amount roughly right and everything else wrong. She will ask a reasonable question he can't answer. And on Thursday you'll send a text that says "just following up."

Room Two is what Terry hands her instead. Two screens, ninety seconds to read, and a short voice note from you at the top so she hears the tone of the conversation she missed — not just a summary of it.

What's on it

Six short sections. Nothing else.

Two screens on a phone. Under ninety seconds to read. Everything that doesn't help her decide has been taken out.

A thank-you, and why the page existsThree sentences. That she's being included on purpose is the first thing she reads.
A voice note from youForty seconds, recorded in the car. She hears your tone, not a transcript of it — and there's a transcript underneath if she'd rather read.
What matters to them, in their wordsThree lines. "Nothing left for the kids to pay for." The reason they were sitting with you.
What you set upA clean ledger with the coverage and one number: the monthly premium, exactly as you quoted it.
Why it made senseThree affirmative reasons. No hedging, no comparison shopping, no objections they haven't raised.
The next step, and the fine printOne action. Then your license and the required disclosures, compressed but complete.
An easy way to reach youYour phone, email and calendar link at the bottom — so a question becomes a call instead of silence.
Objections

What you're probably thinking.

My CRM already sends follow-ups.
It sends messages. This sends a document. The difference is whether the person who wasn't at your appointment can read the whole conversation, at their own pace, without you in the room. No drip campaign does that.
My upline gave me a presentation deck.
A deck is about your products. This is about their family, with their numbers in it. Both can exist — one of them is why they'll call you back.
Will my carrier's compliance allow it?
Bring them a sample page before you subscribe — that's what it's there for. Standard disclosures are built in and can't be removed, every page carries your license, and you approve all content. If you're captive, check your carrier's advertising review requirements first; some require pre-approval of anything client-facing, and we'd rather tell you that now.
I don't have time after an appointment.
Talk for sixty seconds in the car before you pull off the street — the debrief you already do in your head, out loud. Read the draft at the next light and approve it. If it takes longer than ninety seconds, we've built it wrong.
Am I supposed to send this after every appointment?
No, and we'd rather you didn't. This is for the ones you want to close — the good prospect who needs to talk to a spouse. Ten pages a month on the Solo plan is the intended pace, not a limit we're hoping you'll exceed.
Do I have to record anything in front of the client?
No. Recording is optional and off unless you turn it on, and it won’t start until you confirm you’ve told the room — consent rules vary by state and that call is yours. If the appointment is wrong for it, debrief out loud in the car afterward or type a few lines. All three produce the same page.
What about IUL and indexed products?
Not supported. Illustrated values are governed by separate rules and a recap page is the wrong instrument for them. Term and whole life at launch, with no projected values.
Compliance

The rules this was built around.

We are not your compliance department, and nothing here is legal advice. But the product was designed with these constraints in mind rather than discovering them later.

No illustrated valuesNothing on a page projects cash value, dividends, or index performance. Term and whole life face amounts and premiums only.
Quotes are labeled as estimatesEvery page states that figures are subject to underwriting and that no coverage exists until the policy is issued, delivered and paid.
Replacement language includedIf existing coverage is in play, the page carries the standard replacement caution.
Your license on every pageName, state, and license number, displayed and not editable out.
You send it, not usLinks go out from your own phone or inbox, which keeps the client communication yours.
Pages expireA quote from March shouldn't still be circulating in November. Every page carries an expiry date.
