Tell us whoisn't in the room.

One inbox, read by a person: hello@getroomtwo.com. Below is what to put in the message, depending on why you are writing.

Getting started Tell us what you sell, roughly how many appointments you run a month, and who the decision usually has to go past. That is enough for us to point you at the right plan and the right template instead of guessing. Write with “Getting started” in the subject
Compliance review Send your firm's advertising and record-keeping requirements, or the name of the carrier whose rules you work under. Attach anything your compliance officer has already marked up. If something has to change before you can use this, we would rather hear it now than after you subscribe. Write with “Compliance review” in the subject
Does this fit my work? Describe one real appointment: what you presented, who was not there, and what you normally do next. If your industry is not under Solutions but the decision still gets made by someone who was not in the room, that is the email to send. We will give you a straight answer, including no. Write with “Does this fit my work?” in the subject

Tell us what you're working on.

This lands in the same inbox as the address above — the form just saves you the trouble of writing a subject line. Say what you sell and who isn't in the room, and we'll tell you plainly whether Room Two fits.

Before you write

Answers you may not need to ask for.

Can I see it before I commit?
Yes — the sample recap and sample proposal are complete documents, disclosures included. Forward them to whoever needs to approve this.
What does it cost?
Free for 5 pages a month, $49 for 30, $99 for 100, $39 a seat each month for Agency, with a 5 seat minimum and 50 pages per seat. No per-page charges. Full detail on the pricing page.
How do you handle client data?
Private links, access checks, expiry, revocation, no training on your content, and no data sales. The security page has the specifics including retention windows.
Do you do custom work for agencies?
Past about 25 seats, tell us what you need. We'd rather build one arrangement that works than sell you five Agency plans.

The next appointment ends in a few days.

Send them something worth reading when it does.
