It asks four quick questions with one tap answers, plus one optional box for the client's biggest worry. It takes under 60 seconds. The answers show on the agent's deal before the call.
Outcome: The agent starts the day knowing the client's situation.
After a call that did not close: the recap
Right after the call, the agent records a 60 second voice debrief, or pastes notes. Room Two drafts a private recap. The agent checks every line and every number, then approves it. The client opens it with the last four digits of their phone.
Outcome: The family member who was not on the call reads the actual plan, not a retelling.
After every sale: the referral ask
The agent sends a short referral ask page. If the client names a friend, Room Two drafts a warm intro page for that friend. Nothing reaches the friend until the agent approves it. Room Two never contacts the friend. The agent sends the link.
Outcome: The next call starts warm.
