For anyone who was sent a page

You were sent a recap page.
Here’s what that is.

Someone you already deal with — an insurance agent, an advisor, a rep — wrote up what was discussed in a meeting and sent it to you privately. Room Two is the software they used to do it. That is our entire role.

We will never contact you

Room Two does not email you, call you, text you, or add you to anything. We do not sell or share what is on your page, and we do not advertise to you. The only person who contacts you is the person who sent the page, the same way they always have.

Why it asked for four digits

So the page opens for you and not for whoever else might come across the link. The digits are checked against what your advisor already had on file — they are never stored in a readable form, and getting them wrong six times locks the page for a while rather than letting anyone keep guessing.

What is on the page, and who wrote it

Everything on your page was written or approved by the person who sent it, under their own licence. Room Two does not write recommendations, figures, or advice, and nothing is sent to you automatically — a person reviews and approves every page before it goes out.

How long it stays up

The person who sent it can take it down at any moment.

If you want it taken down, or want to know what is held

The quickest route is to reply to whoever sent you the link — it is their page and they can revoke it immediately. You can also write to hello@getroomtwo.com and we will support that request. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

A word on links you did not expect

If a page asked you for a password, a card number, a Social Security number, or a bank login, it was not us. Room Two pages never ask for any of those. If something looks wrong, do not enter anything — call the person who sent it, on the number you already have for them.
